What did AA give Citi Credit Suisse and Goldman to get extension filed in 8-K until March 2024?

AA filed 8-K report with SEC which stated that Goldman Sachs Credit Suisse Cayman Islands and Citi granted AMC an extension until March 2024 These are banks that say our shares are worth $1.20 and .90 cents What did AA give them in exchange for this extension I think we as shareholders have the right to know These banks win if AMC fails
