Apple's M2 Mac Mini is Slower!?!

Apple’s new Mac mini is slower than the previous generation & here’s why.
So first of all the new Mac mini comes with the new M2 chip and also costs $100 less.
However the base model 256GB SSD is actually slower by 30%-50%.
Which wouldn’t really be such a big deal if you could upgrade it, but oh yeah you can’t… ever.

The SSD is slower than the previous 256GB model because it only uses a single NAND chip.
Whereas the previous generation used 2, so if you want better performance you just have to pay $200 extra for the 512GB model.
Which is crazy cuz you can get a whole 2TB 980 Pro for a bit less than that.
