Project Biggie | 2019 Polaris Turbo S 4 Introduction 168 HP

The New Year will bring a new Side By Side project into the Shop. This 2019 Polaris RZR Turbo S 4 will be transformed into a race-ready rig and outfitted with a few comforts for use with the family or a group of friends.
Polaris may have made some slight updates to the body of the RZR for 2019, but the real updates are buried in the drivetrain and suspension. The goal was to allow people to purchase the machine and not have to change too many items to feel they have a very stout machine for serious riding. While quality and technology is what Polaris is using to sell machines, they are still plagued with recalls, such as the recentent Polaris Turbo S roll cage issue on 2 seaters where they pulled them in and replaced the roll cage because it was too weak. Even with the recalls, this machine has sold like crazy and led the aftermarket into creating everything you could imagine to fix problems and make a better RZR.
