Mushrooms at Night with a UV flashlight! with Sidnee Obersingleton Halloween Edition

In this video, renowned Oregon mycologist Sidnee Obersingleton takes us on a journey into the PNW forest at night with black lights to look at some of the amazing fungi and other things that glow under UV light at night, and spookiness ensues! We get visited and hurt by some unexpected visitors and we get followed by a creature in the treetops making the spookiest of sounds. Then we talk all about mushrooms, mycology in general, and look at the actual mycorrhizae on a tree root in the forest at midnight!! It was wild and also educational.
