I have asked lots of people, in lots of places for things to do in Asunción, the capital city of Paraguay, but there doesn't seem to be much to do in this city. Can you help?

We don't want to leave Asuncion thinking there's actually nothing worth doing here. Surely there's somebody in charge of tourism here?
