He threw a stray dog into the lake in Ohrid 🇲🇰

We were taking a dip in Lake Ohrid, the southernmost part of North Macedonia on the border with Albania, and we came across this odd guy, who seemed friendly, then started to be quite odd. I think he was homeless and had lost it a bit, but he seemed to have good intentions. He grabbed this stray dog and walked it by holding its front legs, to show us that somebody had hit the dog with a hatchet as he called it, then he dropped the dog into the lake, and I wasn't the only person around the lake who was concerned, but I think he was just cooling the dog down, and the dog seemed to instantly know the way out, and was wagging it's tail afterwards. The water was very shallow, so barely came up the dogs legs, so there was no issue with it drowning, I was bothered because he told us that the dogs legs were broken, so I was worried it wouldn't be able to swim. It turned out that it was just cut and he said he's going to take it to the vet.

He said a lot of weird things throughout the time we were there, all pretty funny, but some of the stuff he said, we had no idea what he meant.
