Shower Steamer Recipe:
32 oz Baking Soda
4 oz Arrowroot (or kaolin clay, cornstarch, cream of tartar)
16 oz Citric Acid (add after wet ingredients are blended in)
3 oz light oil of choice
.8 oz Polysorbate 80
.5 - 1 oz Menthol crystals (melted in oils)
Essential oils of choice (follow recommended usage rates)
Blend well, press into shape desired and let dry for 24-48 hours before wrapping.
