Counterlawfare Report – Courtroom Clowns and the Phone Call at the Heart of the EMMYs v MSD Lawsuit

This phone call took place on or around August 22, 2020 and was the precursor to a lawsuit that has been going on for more than two years.
This is a call between me and the lawyer for the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences ("NATAS") that happened days after a Copyright Claim from their CEO Adam Sharp shut down the Jason Goodman channel for 90 days.
Adam Sharp is the Former Twitter Government Liaison. I believe his complaint was filed with malicious intent and his true purpose was to cripple Crowdsource the Truth just in time to prevent broadcasting during the 2020 Presidential election. Listen and decide for yourself.
