The Winterlude doesn't make me feel anything. It makes me feel cold. It makes me wonder why I am even choosing to live in such a cold place. The Trucker Convoy on the other hand filled me with life. Excitement. Love and the feeling of Canadian Pride pump through my veins. Here is my pitch to the City of Ottawa and various levels of government as to why they should consider changing the branding and programming of their annual winter festival. Winterlude. No, it should be called the Trucker Convoy Winter Festival.
