What If Biden Hadn’t Complied?

Whether intentional or not, it's been leaked that the Department of Justice was prepared to seek a warrant in order to conduct a search of President Joe Biden's home to look for more classified documents.

As is being reported:

"The Justice Department was prepared to obtain a warrant to search President Biden's Delaware home for classified documents had the commander-in-chief's legal team not given consent, according to a report.

Before the FBI conducted its unprecedented 13-hour-long search of the 80-year-old president's 6,850-square-foot Wilmington mansion last week, Biden's lawyers and the DOJ discussed the details of when and how the sweep would take place, according to CNN."

We reported last week that the FBI searched President Biden's home in Delaware for more than twelve hours, which indeed produced more classified files that weren't supposed to be there. Biden cooperated with the search, but we've now learned federal investigators were prepared to obtain a search warrant. Imagine that. A sitting President of the United States almost had the FBI pounding on the door, ready to come in whether he liked it or not.
