P0502 CODE No Speedometer and Doesn't up Shift SOLVED

TheJ20Jeepster finds out whats wrong with this 02 1500 Suburban. Throwing a p0502 code, transmission wont up-shift while in drive and speedometer wont come off of zero.
P0502: VSS (Vehicle speed sensor) low or no voltage.
