Retro Fighter BattlerGC Vs Nintendo Wavebird Gate Comparison
People have been asking how the sticks of the Retro Fighters BattlerGC compare to the Nintendo Wavebird. I didn't know that F-Zero GX featured a controller calibration tool, but thanks to Sebastian Castillo who commented about it in our review video, I ran both the original Nintendo Wavebird and Retro Fighters BattlerGC through their paces.

Where the original Nintendo Wavebird appeared to have a more traditional octagonal gate, the BattlerGC has more of a circular gate. In fact, the BattlerGC gate is considerably larger overall than the Wavebird's. When I see this I look at it as if the BattlerGC has more range over its travel. I'm not saying it's good or bad, it just... is.
