Martians and Moon Babies

As soon as industries in space gain traction we will be forced to deal with new socioeconomic issues such as independent population groups not tied by the interests of those born on earth. It is reasonable to assume basic differences in the lives and experiences of those on the moon and mars would quickly cause cultural genesis and spawn their own cultures and nations filled with people who's goals and aspirations are different than most here on earth.
