The show starts with a "Minute with Monaghan" where he gives us five tips to trick yourself to lifting your spirit (Rubio does NOT agree on one) and then goes into email questions (send them into [email protected]) about asking what the guys would buy for themselves if they HAD to, if they know any good "dad jokes" and if they have ever had food poisoning.
The interview segment starts with when the last time Ian Hill was nervous (you will laugh at the answer), if he really likes poutine, and what is the best meal he has ever had in his life. The meat of the interview digs into where Ian gets drive to dive into so many ventures, then goes into Ian's wild beginning of his life to what gets him out of bad in the morning now. The interview takes a dark turn when Rubio asks about Ian almost killing himself but realizing it was the wrong thing to do and how it completely turned his life around. The final part of the interview is Ian giving advice to middle aged men that is simply incredible.
