Fuel Tank Trucks. This is the 5th time this type of truck has appeared since Dec 10, twice today, this is a first, next to my apartment. The use of fuel tank trucks to harass me, started, sometimes in 2011, as I recall, the spies used to bring this type of truck almost at a rate of one every two weeks, to the building where I live, between 3 and 5 am.
