Working the Crane at Varuna Point | RAFT #17

Welcome back to Raft! After the exciting conclusion to the Tangaroa visit, what with the top of the tower being its own aircraft and launching it and failing the launch and yadda yadda, I got the coordinates to my next location: Varuna Point! It looks like what used to be two giant skyscrapers now with only their tops being above the water level... and a giant crane atop one of the buildings! Time to get exploring to see what's been going on here.
