Popeyes Crash

DashCam video of an accident that I came upon one night as I was going home from a hockey game. At first I thought the car was a wrong way driver but was actually a car that had been hit and spun around. I don't have any info on the accident or the aftermath. It was late and I was in a hurry to get home.
