Disturbing Behavior - Sheriff Deputies choke a man in front of my camera.

This is stop is the most blatant behavior by the sheriff Deputies I have ever filmed. It’s horrifying to know that the LASD have now upgraded to rendering a man unconscious and then pepper spraying him in front of my camera. Imagine what they will do when my camera is not there.

Deputy Rodriguez is the only name I know for sure. The deputies are from the South La Station and the Lawndale Service Station in Lawndale, Ca. and South Los Angeles, Ca. station.
