Recoil Spring Stuck in Slide - P320 Xten

Recoil Spring Stuck in Slide - P320-XTEN. Sometimes it takes almost entire magazine other times just a couple of shots and the spring gets stuck in the slide like you see in the video.

Also, when I manipulate slide by had the recoil spring is squeaking loudly and no amount of oil helps.
I do not think it should be like that!

Never failed to feed, fire, extract or eject!!!

Ammunition I use:
CCI Blazer, brass case, 180 gr FMJ FN LAX/Freedom 180 gr RNFP.
