Night School by Sparrows Lock Picks is pretty awesome...  It is pretty much a turn key set (see what I did there?) to get you started with lockpicking.  It comes with everything you need, lock picks, tension wrenches and practice locks, all in a zippered case.  But the  cutaway locks that are included really reinforce the concept of what is going on inside a lock when you are picking it.
