How To: A Hat Hack

Occasionally something doesn't work the way we want.  When this happens we are presented with a couple ways to proceed.  Either wait for someone to create a solution for us, or make one ourselves...

While I love my Magpul Core Cover, when I am out backpacking or hiking, I sometimes want to take it off...  I don't want to just smash it into my pack and wreck the bill, so what are my options?  I decided to take it to the tailor to have a little customization done.  I hacked my hat.
