A painting for Cecily.

This year for Christmas, I painted something special for my family.

Almost 2 years ago my daughters dad was diagnosed with brain cancer. Although we weren’t together for almost all of our daughter’s life, we always remained family, and throughout our lives have continued a promise to each other to make great memories for our kids No Matter What.

Cecily is my daughter from another maughter to me, so I made this for her.

I’m very happy to report that Erik (Cecily, Quinton, and my daughter Mikayla’s dad)is doing an amazing job at fighting this cancer. a lot of love and great memories poured through these paintings.

and since I feel like paintings absorb the energy directed into them especially in creation, I pray they bless the Cantine family for generations to come.
