This shocking crime rocked the local community, and spurned a full scale investigation by Canadian authorities, who would go the extra mile, to ensure their community was safe again.

However, the man they would identify for this horrific crime, would not only harbour an odd name, but the reasons as to why he carried out the attack, would be even more odd.
