Overt Chinese Propaganda In Bayonetta 3

Some pretty blatant Chinese propaganda found in Bayonetta 3 by Platinum Games for the Nintendo Switch. This one wasn't in the trailers, and I didn't see it mentinoned in any reviews. Was this organic attempt to boost sales in the China, or did Tencent's investment in Platinum come with strings attached? If the latter, this kind of thing probably won't be ending soon. It might become a recurring theme in future games.
