Making it to Utopia | RAFT #22

Welcome back to Raft! I finish my task of shutting down the reactor in Temperance. I have to go in close and manually insert the control rods while fighting off giant mutated bugs! With the radiation gone, I can now freely explore the underground facility. And there I find the coordinates with the label Utopia! Well, with nothing better to do and more resources than I know what to do with, I head straight there and see that it is just as empty as everywhere else I've been... I wonder what happened to all the people?
