Shocking.... What's Really Required by the IRS Code & Washington State RCW's for a Church?

Kingdom League International is a church and an association of churches and ministries. This video was made primarily to educate KLI's ministers as to what the IRS Code as well as the Washington State RCW actually say is required of a church and or its auxiliaries or affiliates. You will be shocked to learn that churches and their integrated auxiliaries, conventions and associations of churches are "automatically considered tax exempt" and they are not required to file anything. The donations of those who give to these are also already considered tax exempt as well.

You will learn about the 14 criteria the IRS uses to identify a church as well as how some "ministries" who seek to help others register a 508c1a with the state don't accurately represent what the law and codes actually say. In this case, Tim uses one example to highlight what the Washington State RCW says as well as what the WA ST Corporation Division actually says. You'll discover that registration of an actual church is "OPTIONAL." Registration is NOT REQUIRED but rather it is optional, though some ministries who offer this service do not present it that way. Civil government loves that.
