They let FELONS join Memphis PD?

The death of Tyre Nichols by the five Memphis Police Officers has brought a lot of questions forward once the body cam and surveillance video has been released. Now there is speculation that some of the 5 were actually members of the Vice Lords gang. Now we won't blindly believe all rumors surrounding the MPD in Tennessee, but there are several details that are cause for concern.
