Starting daily practice, after putting the foundation of the rituals described in episode #2, is becoming comfortable with raising & controlling energy. Lets face it. If you have trouble raising & controlling energy, you will struggle often with success in magical works. I will be going into:

🕯️Controlling the energy in it’s flow, direction and effect
