The waterproofer used is Creto DPS which creates a moisture barrier inside the concrete. This will hold back hydrostatic pressure and ensure that moisture wicking up from underneath the slab will make the coating peel up.
The flake system used is the Sweet Concrete Coating which is a 100% polyaspartic coating... meaning NO epoxies were used. These are much better quality compared to epoxies and they don't yellow or chip up like epoxies do.
