Breakdown of what I’m making flipping this sectional:

I paid $250 and I have it listed for $1,000. The goal is to sell it for $900+. Profit will be between $625-$725 after expenses. This took about 3 hours of work.

I already have a ton of messages only having it listed for less than 24 hours. The goal is to have it sold today!

I aim to do this 5x or more every week which allows me to make about $4,000 profit every week.
