Калибр "Тюльпана" — 240-мм — самый большой. В сухопутных войсках крупнее ничего нет. Он выпускает мины весом от 120 до 237 кг на расстояние до 20 км. Такое мощное орудие отлично справляется с задачей "выкуривания" националистов из укрепрайонов в Запорожской области.

Механик-водитель с позывным "Ангара" рассказал, что стрельба из миномета не требует специальной подготовки позиции, что является преимуществом его мобильности:

"Ездит везде. Все преодолевает. У меня не было, чтобы мы застряли".
