1-Cup of Self Rising Flour
1- Stick of Melted Unsalted Butter ( you can use margarine)
2-3 Tablespoon of Apricot Jam ( you can use less)
1-Tablespoon of Vanilla Extract (or flavoring)
2/3 Cup of Sugar ( you can use less or omit the sugar)
8-oz Of Milk
3- Medium Beaten Eggs
1- Tablespoon of Vinegar

Top with Apricot and Whipped Cream optional
