017 "Did Jesus Quote The Septuagint?" (Luke 4:18) Our Daily Greg

Folks claim that Jesus quoted the Septuagint and then proceed to use it to change the words of the Bible, abandoning the readings of our Masoretic Hebrew Text which underlies our King James Bible. They then claim that since the Apocrypha is IN the Septuagint, then Jesus must have recognized the Apocrypha as Scripture. One lie upon another. Error begets error. But Jesus did NOT quote the Septuagint.
