Fontes Investigates Lake?

Adrian Fontes suggests criminal action against Kari Lake for posting images of voter signatures on Twitter. Arizona Secretary of State Adrain Fontes wrote a letter to Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes asking her to open an investigation into Republican Kari Lake. Fontes says that Lake posting mismatched ballot signatures on Twitter is violating the privacy of those voters. However, this evidence was publicly reviewed by the Arizona state senate. Lake is claiming that she is well within her right to share this evidence online of what she is calling a fraudulent election. Kari Lake is still fighting the 2022 Arizona election. In February 2023 Kari Lake's appeal is be expedited in court. A panel of 3 judges will review the case and make a decision. Lake is hopeful that her case will eventually make it's way to the Supreme Court.
