Penny L.A. Shepard was born into MKULTRA Project Genesis, Subproject Eve, Aug 11, 1958, in Hollywood, Florida into Joseph Mengele’s family.
Erased for 58 years she began to research the
murder of her brother David, and question who her family was.
She discovered her agents and managers were deep state CIA, and her former agent was her brother.
Penny was declared Enemy of the State, under James Clapper, and in 2016, arrested, rendered homeless, and locked into a crazy
house for a year.
As Penny researched she discovered her mother
was a Hitler baby and an illuminati witch under the Satanic Sisterhood Orr Sisters, Barbara and Sharon, of Fort Bragg, CA, part of the same covert Satanic network of the Wiccan feminist-lesbian sisterhood under Michael Aquino.
She discovered her former agent was her brother and some of her family was in the White House. She also learned the character Eleven in Netflix
Stranger Things was actually her.
Penny is very busy currently writing a blog, and taking calls from MKULTRA’s, targetted individuals and doing podcasts.
Penny is a singer, actress and a writer. She is an independent investigative journalist and a reporter whose tagline is Agentx11 Hellywood Dark Journalist.
She is a reporter as well as Executive Producer and co-host with David Zublick’s Dark Outpost on Rumble.
