In January 2023, an #LGBTQIA group in Norway called for the cancellation of #ArethaFranklin and her song “Natural Woman” because it is offensive to #transgenderwomen. According to the transgender community, there is no such thing as a “natural woman”. Also, Grammy Award Winner #Beyonce is also being threatened with a cancellation from LGBTQ because she performed in Dubai. Dubai has laws against gays and Beyonce is a gay icon. The show in Dubai paid the singer quite a bit of money, and LGBTQ members want her canceled.
