There may be a flurry of activity, but no progress will be made. When a family or team share common goals and predefined purpose they also have something to work toward. This will also help to assign roles, set specific targets, measure progress and celebrate achievements together. It is the leader’s responsibility to identify and establish the vision which defines common goals. Be more than together, be unified.” J Loren Norris
