The Polish Wz. 96 Beryl rifle is a true witnesses of the integration of the former Warsaw Pact country into the NATO alliance. Not only does the Beryl allow Poland to integrate with NATO supply chains during exercises, but has seen extensive combat in Iraq and Afghanistan.

Developed from the 5.45x39 Tantal rifle, this 5.56x45 NATO Kalashnikov variant has been touted one of the better AK variants seen in wide-scale adaption.
