This is a video about the LTL Bankruptcy. If that doesn't ring any bells, it's because it used to be Johnson and Johnson Consumer Products before it did the Texas Two Step. J&J gave the liability to a company and then took the assets to another. It then filed for bankruptcy in North Carolina. The North Carolina Court transferred it to NJ. And that's how the Third Circuit got involved.
