Last year I went to Costco to buy an external hard drive (a large thumbnail drive) and this video happened... All me to explain further with some Editorial Notes:
1. I have a better microphone to use for videos like this one off location (away from my home studio)
2. the packages did not indicate it was USB-A
3. Costco returned the product two days later without any questions and apologized for the packaging confusion
4. I purchased a SanDisk NVMe 1TB Extreme Portable SSD at Costco after returning the SanDisk.
5. It has been over two months since this video was created and yes, I use the SanDisk portable SSD about two to three times weekly - no issues and it doesn't make any noise.
