Closed Scandinavian | Move Ordered and Wrecked

Oh boy, this started off as the "Van Geet" opening but quickly turned into the Scandinavian Closed. I don't play the Scandinavian. This was a move order trick! And then I picked the wrong move between two candidate moves and things went downhill from there. Then I had that feeling that I was walking into prep in an opening I'm completely unfamiliar with... a bad feeling in other words.

On moves 9, 12, and 15 I play "Guess the Eval" and I actually did pretty well on the first one, then not so well. See if you can evaluate the position better than me, especially on the last move.

It's a long video because I tried to calculate my way out of this unknown opening. At my level of chess I feel like that's close to impossible. Let me know how you think I did, and what you would have done differently!
