The Ideology comes from Davos, the policies come from Brussels, the facilitators are individual National Political Representatives, the implementation driven by lobby & non profit groups at municipal levels funded by private/public partnerships, stakeholders (not citizenry) profit. And, One World Government marches forward with the aid of political infiltrators, corrupted Justice systems and economic criminals.
