Training clients or working out with people is always a great time. I enjoy the challenges and I also enjoy the process of transforming our bodies into works of art. In this video clip Simbi is working out hamstrings and gluts.
I love the control movement and I love that she’s willing to go to muscle failure. I recommend light to moderate weight when you do lots of reps and sets. Feel the burn in the muscle. Focus and push through the pain.
Never forget dieting is about 70 percent of the pie. Have to eat right or at least blanched. 20 percent mental. 10 percent gym.
