How Powerful is AMD's RX 470?

- Possible benchmark leaks are here! Now here's the thing: the 480 is by no means a powerhouse, but its price-to-performance ratio is expected to steal from the 1070's sales (especially considering that two 480s in Crossfire are likely to compete with a single 1070 for around the same price). But for those of us less concerned about 1440p and 4K gaming, should we consider the RX 470 (keeping in mind its fantastic price-point)?
