Black-American Psychological Disorder Maybe Terminal

In the wake of yet another senseless young Black-American male death at the hands of the police, there is a serious question that we need to boldly ask, while the usual cast of grievous industry pimps attempts to take full monetary and political advantage, how and why does this keep happening to the youngest of the black community. and more importantly, how can the black community end the senseless deaths not just at the hands of the police but ourselves?
