QUEST BUG FIX: COLD BOOT - GET TO THE ARRAY [DESTINY 2]

Seems like I ran into this problem once again and had to figure out how to fix it. A lot of issues with these early quests require you to travel to a new destination and return to the quest or to backtrack slightly to be able to move to the next step - the latter was the case for this...hope it helps!
