INGREDIENTS :

2 salmon darnes
40 grams sweet chili sauce ( 1.41 oz )
35 grams mayonnaise ( 1.23 oz )
15 grams sriracha sauce ( 0.52 oz )
1/4 teaspoon dried chives ( 0.24 grams )
1/8 teaspoon salt ( 0.28 grams )
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper ( 0.29 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a bowl add 40 grams sweet chili sauce, 15 grams sriracha sauce
.add 35 grams mayonnaise, 1/4 teaspoon dried chives
.add 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
.mix together & divide sauce into 2 bowls ( 1 for coating / 1 for drizzle )
.coat 2 salmon darnes back side up
.transfer to baking dish lined with parchment paper & coat top sides
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f 20 to 25 minutes
.drizzle salmon with the remaining sauce
