Tator tots Sausage Casserole

Tater Tots Breakfast Casserole, a great easy breakfast, make it day before let in in fridge overnite,
and pop it into oven in the morning. I made the recipe and popped it into the oven immediately and it was still delicious. You can dress it up or change it up, I used sausage but you can use left over ham, cooked bacon, use your imagination. Kick it up with a dash of hot sauce, maybe even add a 1/2 teaspoon mustard, or add more eggs to cover all the tater tots, so many ways to kick it up. I made it once and covered the last layer in 2 eggs beated , dash of milk, cheddar cheese, it took a little longer to cook, but it was delicous,
Oven a 350 cook 50 Minutes or till done.
Things you will need
1 lb loose Sausage (Hot, Italian, Fresh your choice)
1 Med Onion
8 Eggs Beaten
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese ,3/4 goes in with milk and eggs,1/4 on top ( I added additional cheese on top)
1 Bag Frozen (32oz.) Tater Tots
Cooking Spray
Recipe call to let stand over Nite, I cooked it immediately
