After clearing the Main Lab near the start of Chapter 2, head down to Dr. Brennan's Office and interact with the audio log on her desk to start the questline. Later, as you enter the Emergency Room, watch the hologram of Dr. Brennan to completion and pay attention to where she walks. Then, divert power to the showers and move the hidden door with kinesis to reveal the next audio log.

Next, watch another hologram in the Calibration Room adjacent to the Machine Shop in Chapter 3. Much later, in Chapter 7, switch power to Secure Storage #2 after arriving on Deck D: Maintenance. Finally, watch the last hologram in the room behind the Guest Consultant's Suite in Chapter 10. Once the final hologram completes, the achievement/trophy will unlock.
