Chris Williamson is the host of the Modern Wisdom podcast. British-born and raised, Williamson has seen his popular podcast grow to bigger and bigger heights. In this episode with David Goggins, he opens up about his past and how he was bullied as a young boy. But even more interesting is the fact that all these years later, Chris was contacted by his childhood bully.

Responding to a message on Instagram, Williamson was shocked to find his former bully is now the proud father of a four-year-old girl. And rather than feel anger toward the man who made his youth a miserable experience. Chris showed support to the man for reaching out and showing how time has changed him for the better.
